Shipping processing time

To ensure quality and freshness of your handmade product, please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be processed.

NOTE: Orders may be shipped before the scheduled time. If experiencing high volume or during sales, there may be a delay in shipment by a few days. Please allow additional shipping time. If there is any delay, you will receive communication via email.

Orders can’t be changed once placed. 

Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive an email when your order has shipped. It will contain your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hour for tracking update. All orders are shipped via UPS


Damages and issues:

At Crown P Beauty, each product is hand crafted and inspected before packaged and shipped to ensure our Queens are receiving quality. We ship with the most reliable carrier in the United States. Once the package states delivered from the tracking information provided, Crown P Beauty cannot be held accountable for anything after delivery.
